What an incredible company that truly understands customer service. We went in today with an oddball project. We're in the process of replacing the carpet in the slide in our RV. We walked in and we're met immediately by a warm, friendly lady that actually LISTENED to our needs. We wanted a durable carpet cut in the same exact size as the carpet we pulled out, wanted it to match the design of the tile we'll also be using, and wanted it bound. She led us right to the perfect carpet. And it was even a remnant that will work beautifully. She quoted us a great price and will have the piece ready in a couple of short days. Highly recommend.

We had vinyl plank installed by Mike and Ryan. They were fantastic and very professional. I would highly recommend them. We will use stover carpet again when we need our next flooring.

Hemmed some carpet pieces for us that were left over from recarpeting some rooms in our house (yes some people still buy carpet!). They were done in 1 day! Wow! Very nice people to work with.

We had successfully used this shop in the past, however, this time we were shortchanged- we picked out tile for a bathroom at the lake and discussed how the tile would be placed in the shower horizontal staggered, even made the comment just like our porch you did , however at the job site they installed the tiles vertical-hello 1990’s. They are not customer focused.
