You can tell this team is intentional from start to finish, making sure no detail is overlooked. I’ve had the opportunity to document not just their builds, but the work of their extended team, and the quality across the board is truly top notch. On top of that, their communication and professionalism set a standard that’s hard to match.

I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am for S&S custom building! Zach and his team are fantastic! They are hard working, quick, attentive to details and do wonderful work! We are in love with our dream home and it is all thanks to Zach and his crew! If we ever built again, S&S would be doing the job!

Zach and his crew built our custom home in 2021 - 2022. We were very happy with the finished home as well as the work ethic Zach & his crew conveyed throughout the build. Zach was always there if needed and stopped by often. Best of all… they showed up once started and finished as per the agreed contract. We love our dream home S&S Construction made come true for us.

Zach and his crew were top notch throughout our ground up kitchen remodel. Communication with Zach was excellent. He made sure to explain any changes to our estimate and got our approval beforehand, as to avoid any surprises. His recommendations for cabinets and counters were great. The whole crew was polite and tidy, as well. S&S is not your typical lake builder and I could not recommend them more highly.
