10/10 experience with A1 Door Company! Found them on Google, booked online Sunday (had a small website error), and they actually texted me Monday morning to fix it and confirm. That alone impressed me. They were at my house the next day at 8:30 AM. Brandon J. was super knowledgeable, explained all my options clearly, and made the process easy. The following morning, Mike and Hector showed up right on time and installed a new door, opener, and outdoor keypad. Friendly, professional, and efficient, in and out. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Quick scheduling, fast turnaround, and great work. The GPS tracking feature was super helpful, I knew exactly when they would arrive. Tim was our tech and he did a great job! He took time to explain things to us and help as much as he could. Very kind and knowledgeable! I feel the company itself was a little on the high side. But that has nothing to do with the tech. I am also pleased with the quick turn around. I called yesterday afternoon and he was there less that 24 hours later. He had cancellations, allowing him to come even earlier. Overall, we are pleased with the work, availability and tech.

Josh with A1-Door was great! A1 fit us in on Friday before a big winter storm. A cable snapped and our door wasn’t operational. Josh assessed the problem and quickly discussed the repair. He fixed the problem and the door was operating smoothly within 30 minutes. He went above and beyond by checking our other garage door and running an inspection on it. He also helped me program a code into our exterior garage door remote and programmed the handheld remote for my vehicle. All of this service with a confident smile and great personality! I highly recommend A-1 Garage Door and be sure to ask for Josh!!!
