Incredible HVAC LLC

Michael & his guys have been our go to company to service, maintain, repair & replace our HVAC system. We have used them for probably the last 6-7 years. We've had to use them for after hours calls & regular maintenance. Whatever, we have needed, they have been able to accommodate us. They do a great job. Every tech is knowledgeable and very friendly. I recommend them to friends, family & colleagues.

I've been getting my HVAC System serviced with Incredible since I purchased my home in 2019. They installed the system for the previous owner 2 years before I purchased the home, so I thought it a good idea to keep the service with them. I have never been disappointed in that decision. I have a service plan and they remind me to schedule my maintenance on a regular basis. The techs are always, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The business office staff is always helpful and easy to work with. Having a company maintenance your system on a regular basis extends the life of your system. Very communicative, My tech arrived at the expected time, he was respectful of my home , professional and informative. I liked how they send you not only a text with who your service person is but also attached a photo. The service I received was above expectation.

Thanks again Incredible HVAC! I needed my leaking hot water heater replaced and they got it accomplished the same day! The technicians I’ve experienced with having my AC unit replaced previously and now with the hot water heater were all knowledgeable , professional and even personable. Booked appointment they called about an hr prior to the appointment time to inform me that no one was coming out for troubleshooting or repair because I did not buy the system from them. I informed them at time of booking the model of the unit and as many details as possible. I would not recommend wasting your time with this company save some frustration and seek an actual professional.
