As usual every category gets a very happy, fantastic rating from me. Its difficult, these days, to find a company as well managed and customer oriented as AirMaxx! They have served me well for my boiler since not long after I bought my house over 20 years ago. The level of service did not diminish as the company grew, which is so often the case! My thanks to the owners and technicians for their dedication to quality and service.

Our ground source geothermal heat pump stopped producing heat. Airmaxx came and investigated and found a leak in the coil. They gave us estimate on both a repair & a replacement & discussed the pros & cons of each. Once we made the decision, they were able to effect a repair within days. Their personnel were timely, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were happy with their service.

My AC died on 7/25/2025.I called AirMaxx around 9:30 pm and left a message. Got a text almost immediately stating tech would be at my house next day between noon and 4 pm. Joshua arrived and did not take long to diagnose the problem. He was professional, courteous, and explained the issues with my HVAC system. He also found some problems I was not aware of and took care of it. Joshua was awesome and I signed up for a maintenance contract. Because of Joshua, we will be contacting AirMaxx when it is time for a HVAC replacement. He provided exceptional customer service!!! Thank You !

Chris and Josh were great technicians! They fixed the fuses and had my AC up and running in 20 minutes. They were very educational and recommended a couple things to do to help prolong the life, but said I can always call back if I need anything!

Made service call during inclement weather and roadways promptly and we're transparent and fair with the issue solving it and getting my heat back on the spot. Will call them again in the future.
