Justin was very professional and listened to our concerns and helped us come up with a solution. We were able to replace our springs and get everything tuned up and running properly. We signed up for the service agreement to make sure we stay up on the maintenance and we appreciate all that was done to ensure our garage door was properly repaired. Their communication was very professional, Their Follow up was immediately! I really appreciate their honesty to tell us the truth and possible options for the job and we were the ones to choose what needed to be done without pressure or manipulation. I had Mike come out and he did absolutely amazing. He explained everything that needed to be done. Now my garage doesn’t make a lot of noise when opening and looks great.
