A1 Garage Door Service

I was expecting to spend the advertised price of $29.95 with intentions of asking for a quote for the bottom rubber seal. I normally get additional quotes for similar projects for comparison purposes. Unfortunately, I hastily gave consent without viewing an invoice or understanding what the final total would be. I asked Ray for an invoice, he replied he would email me one. I had not received one, therefore, I called him two days later to remind him. Upon review, I was flabbergasted at the amount. I paid approximately $300 more than I intended to. The trip charge of $59.99 was never mentioned as well as the total amount that would be charged to my credit card. I really feel I was duped. As you can see by the pictures, water still seeped through even though the cost of a rubber seal and

Ray was awesome, fantastic technician explained everything well and got the work done in about an hour. Will continue to use A1 for all garage projects. Added bonus, these new springs match my classic 1970 challenger!
