Stockton Mechanical

Thank you to the entire team at Stockton Mechanical! Our packaged heat pump went on life support just before the recent arctic blast arrived and we needed a replacement asap. Jacob quickly provided a very competitive estimate and he made sure that the replacement unit would closely match the existing curb/fitting on our roof. Stockton Mechanical then got us on their schedule very quickly given our situation and the cold weather. Also, shout-out to Karla for being so friendly & helpful with my multiple calls and shout-out to the Techs Caleb & Zac for getting us up-and-running (they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient answering all of my questions).

I had a leak in a mini split. Another company came out, diagnosed the leak and then never seemed to fine time to return (despite multiple calls) so I called Stockton Mechanical. Jeff and Caleb arrived on time and prepared for the problem. Jeff did an excellent job of explaning what he thought the problem was and then fixing it. Since they were here, I asked about a boiler problem. Within minutes Jeff visualized a complicted boiler system and came up with a solution. The part he needed was on the truck and the system was repaired within half an hour. Hourly rate was expensive, but worth every penny.

Received outstanding service from tech Caleb Cardenas. He was systematic, thorough, and efficient in his assessment and repair of problems with my furnace. (He was also very polite!) Price was affordable and reasonable. Caleb represents Stockton Mechanical well! Also, Karla Garcia was helpful and pleasant in receiving and scheduling my appointment. WITH GRATITUDE!

Hands down the best HVAC company I've every had the opportunity to work with in Santa Fe. I'm a systems engineer by training and Stockton has done an incredible job for us each time we've had them out. I'm a rabid do-it-yourself-er and everyone from both the install and commissioning/maintenance sides of Stockton is thorough and great to work with - I call them for anything I'm not personally licensed to work on and I've always been happy with their work. Their pricing is not the race-to-the-bottom cheapest, but what you get is a quality, they've read the manuals and taken training, thorough install job.
