Enchantment Refrigeration installed a Daikin Heat pump system in my home in 2022. They did an excellent job. Now, Leroy Salazar has been so helpful supporting me as I learn to maintain it. I recommend Enchantment Refrigeration because they stand by their customers.

We have had over a decade of great service from the Salazars and Enchantment Refrigeration. This incudes heating and air conditioning, no only for the original house, but two additions of size. They also come in ASAP on plumbing emergences. Every thing is done right, and at reasonable cost. Though all of this, we think of them as family.

They did an excellent job, very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. They repaired our hot water heater and fixed the plumbing issues in bathroom.

When our air conditioning broke on a hot summer day, my husband first spoke on the phone with the owner, Leroy. He was able to give a fast diagnosis and an accurate estimate. He was knowledgeable, called the parts vendor to ensure availability, and was quick to respond with all the information we needed. We lucked out that he had an opening the next day. His sons arrived exactly when they promised and were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They came prepared with all the parts we needed to fix the problem. Technicians were sent to check our water heater because it kept shutting off. They showed up two days in a row without any notice, which was very disruptive. On top of that, they were extremely rude and talked down to us the entire time. The problem seems to be a simple faulty switch, but instead of fixing that, they now want to come back a third time to replace the whole water heater. We haven’t had any issues with it since, so it feels like they’re pushing an unnecessary replacement just to make more money. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
