My wife and I had visited several other flooring stores, leaving with a sense of either reluctance or dissatisfaction. Then my wife discovered A1. The representative Sandy was profoundly helpful with picking the perfect tile and mosaic for our floor and fireplace, respectively. She also recommended some installers, one of which we eventually selected to perform the installation. She proactively kept in contact with us and the installer to ensure every detail was addressed, including the proper grout line width per the tile manufacturer warranty requirements. Sandy is very impressive. I look forward to doing business with her again with future projects.
