I had an exceptional experience with Dave and A1 Resources! I walked into my house and discovered 4 inches of water in the basement, mold and a broken sump pump. I called two companies and Dave responded promptly. He was professional and courteous, organized and kept me informed of the entire process, which took 3 days to complete. They left the basement floor spotlessly clean and removed everything they said they would. I highly recommend this team for your next disaster!

Would not recommend. Guy showed up here with his girlfriend sleeping in my driveway also watched my stepdad, myself, & boyfriend suck up all the water and clean everything up while he just carried in the dryer equipment & dried a RUG! Other coworker (next day) assured me they did not have to tear my flooring up nor remove any drywall that it could have just been dried & sanitized they also broke my toilet seal while tearing the flooring up & did not fix it (I know this bc the coworker told me this as well) go with cat rec they are an amazing company! Charged me 9 grand to tear flooring up, cut drywall, throw a couple things away, and to use their dryers on my expense is insane to me

Great Company! I randomly looked them up when my basement had partially flooded and was in the process of flooding when i called A1 and spoke to Dave. I was in a bit of a panik but Dave was really chill and super nice which put me at ease. He was helping other customers at the time with a team but he went out for me by himself and got a van and saved my basement. Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended!
