Working with Lyn and Denny and their team has been amazing with every project we have done with Lenawee Home Design. We have done many! There is a reason you return to the best. Lyn always has awesome ideas to add to our dream projects. Her enthusiasm is contagious along with her smile. Each time we set an appointment for a project she is ready with renderings and very cool suggestions. Having Denny and his team in our home is really quite enjoyable actually! They are so polite and respectful and don’t mess around as they are busy. I never worry about anything with Denny in charge. This may seem like an over the top review but over the past five years every project has turned out perfect time and again. We still have projects so they’ll be back in the house.

We had a wonderful experience transforming our 70s kitchen into a beautiful brand new kitchen. Lyn was so helpful in helping us design and all of our finishes. She was so insightful and was great at knowing exactly what I wanted. Denny knocked it out of the park with installation and going above and beyond. Everything was done with so much care. I cannot recommend them enough. We look forward to using them for our home projects.

Absolutely LOVE our carpet in bedrooms and living room! Lyn and staff were great, so helpful in helping me with my decision. I needed 2 separate install dates and they worked right around my schedule with no problem. The installers were amazing, so polite and respectful of my home. We just had our house painted inside and I believe I only had one paint touch up. They did a very professional job from start to finish. The final day of installation Lyn called me that same day to see if all went as expected and I was happy. That really impressed me! GREAT SERVICE!! Would definitely recommend them for any job big or small. Very happy customer here :-)

I am so happy with the flooring that I purchased from Carpet One! The ladies in the office were great and the installers were very good at problem solving and working around our family life. Ours was a big job. Absolutely everyone was polite and tried very hard to please each one of us. I highly recommend Carpet One to anyone!

After being told by multiple other carpet stores wait times for installation were 6 months out, I branched out of our area a bit and called Lenawee Carpet One - Cynthia was Beyond AMAZING - she answered the phone immediately, had an estimate emailed within an hour, the carpet ordered the same day and installation was complete within 2 weeks, even though our home was a little bit of a drive. Cynthia even told me by the time she gets calls it's usually the last part of a project to complete/the carpet and they understand that so they try to get the work done as soon as possible - I knew at that moment I had found the right place!
