We had a great experience using this company. Abby has a great product selection. Ashley is the lady we dealt with. She was very knowledgeable with all of our inquiries and did a great job matching the thresholds. Shiloh and Zack did a wonderful job with the installation and clean-up. Both were very pleasant to work with and talk to.

Susan came for measurements. I told her that I needed to butt the new vinyl up against the old vinyl floor that is in the living room. And also needed a slight incline from the master bedroom to the master bathroom and also had to get butted against the vinyl in the bathroom. I told her it has to be a smooth transition so I can roll the Hoyer lift from room to room. She argued with me and said it couldn't be done because of the warranty. Plus she gave me an itemized list of everything that had to be moved. It was like $50 per item. Even things on wheels. The cost was outrageous. She even said at one point that she should bow out of the deal. And I thought what the heck kind of sales person is this? She certainly didn't want to work with the client. We were selecting a carpet runner for a staircase with very specific requirements. Unfortunately, the sales rep we worked with did not educate and guide us correctly and we chose a carpet that wasn't going to work for our situation. Unfortunately, our builder had to put in a lot of extra effort to change the staircase in order to work with the selected carpet which could have been avoided. Luckily, Shiloh and Zach realized the issue at the initial installation, stopped the install, and did an amazing job on the installation after the builder's work. Thank you, Shiloh and Zach!

We definitely had a good experience dealing with Abbey carpet , Susan was very pleasant and professional and very patient with us . The carpet installers Shiloh and Zak were very professional also and they did a great job laying our carpet down, thank you both for the wonderful job you did and to you also Susan .

Zac and Shilo were great installers. They were friendly, punctual, did great work with the installation and clean up! Susan helped us pick out the flooring and was there every step of the way with us. Great work Abbey Carpet!
