The receptionist and service person were both prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. This company has fair pricing and is very upfront about costs. We were returning customers and will continue to be.

They were prompt and very mindful of budget. I had originally called for a replacement and they were the only company to call me back with an estimate. And not only an estimate but options. They were easy to work with, returned my calls within a business day and were very mindful of what I needed as well as what was the best option for my situation. I will use them again in the future.

I had Service First install mini splits for my house and I am thrilled with the products and the experience. Service First gave estimates that were accurate, detail oriented, and respectful to the needs and care of an antique home. They provided solutions that other companies would not do. The installation process was smooth and the crew was just great to work with. They showed up early! When does that happen? The install was completed on time. Any unexpected issue was dealt with and I was informed throughout the process. I had the mini splits installed a year ago and it's proven to be a great decision.
