AA Pools

RUN, do not walk, away from AA Pools. They will offer to start your pool quickly, then take 50% of the contract money, then do nothing for months, using excuse after excuse. Then they will do gunite, all done by subcontractors without supervision, and get another 45%. After that, you probably won't see them again, but for sure, they won't finish your pool. I've already spoken to 6 other AA pool customers they did not finish and did not refund money. They will, however, block your phone number so you can't communicate with them. At all. The Texas Attorney General has been contacted.

We had our pool resurfaced in October by February the plaster began coming off. We contacted AA Pools to make them aware of the problem. After a few reschedules due to weather and miscommunication on their part they did come and fix the problem. Their warranty states they will patch any problem areas but they went ahead and resurfaced the entire pool again at no cost to us other then the water and chemicals. Over all I would say we are happy with the finished product and would recommend their services.

We established a contract with AA pools back at the end of September. To this date the job is still incomplete. Light in pool not working , Heater is not working. They never fixed the issue. Numerous messages to come and complete the work. No response. Once a message was answered they pointed the finger to their electrician . As a general contractor of the project it is your job to make sure job is complete and in proper working order.

This was not a good experience. Our pool has had a leak from day one. They still have not installed the handicap rail, all the concrete is cracking. The electrical was subpar, they used my outside electrical panel as a junction box which is not up to code. Don’t use these people you won’t be happy.

I haven’t used them and never will. I’ve seen so many TikToks of the work they have don’t for others. It’s a shame!
