DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY EXPECTING TO REACH THE NICE GUY WHO USED TO RUN THIS BUSINESS! Apparently it’s under new ownership, and bad ownership at that. Called them because I saw good reviews (then realized how old those good reviews were!) Spoke to “Lucas” on a Monday night, he came on Tuesday afternoon only to tell me he didn’t have the resources for the job. Mind you, he KNEW from the first 5 minutes he wasn’t able to do anything for us, but every time I asked him “so what’s the solution?” he hemmed and hawed as if he could actually do something. (Best part: the only equipment he showed up with was a moisture-detecting phone app on his iPhone that had 2% battery charge!) We didn’t have a chance to use this service, but we had a 25-minute conversation with Clay King about best ways we could treat our groundwater-soaked carpet in the basement. He patiently offered options for us (he and everyone he uses were booked up), and gave us pointers for next steps. If this is the service for no fees, I can only imagine what the paid service is like!

Our basement dehumidifier float switch broke and caused water from the tank to overflow onto our basement carpet. Found Clay's video on a Sunday morning and gave him a call for advice on how best to prevent mold and mildew from growing. He gave me some good advice over the phone on a Sunday morning. Very grateful for his help and knowledge--Thanks so much Clay!!!

Clay came out to look at our basement bedroom that had serious groundwater infiltration. He was prompt, showing up within an hour of my 8 am call. He asked lots of questions, looked at everything and then advised me how to fix it myself because the cost of his services would be more than I paid for the carpet (for the record, the carpet was cheap; his services were not overly expensive) and then gave me additional advice about how to prevent a problem in the garage. All for free. He was truly professional, he went out of his way to give me advice and save me money, and he clearly knew his stuff. Fair, honest, prompt, responsive and very friendly. A true gem!

Mr King was very helpful in assisting with the cleanup and Remediation from water and mold damages. One thing that stood out to me the most was his professionalism in making sure everything was taken care of to the fullest extent. He didn't have to do this but he chose to so that we could have the best outcome. Much appreciated! Would recommend to anyone friends and family in Westford area
