Called and was able to speak to a real person. Cary was very helpful in answering my many questions. He was even patient with me getting back to him if I would need his services. He was super flexible. He was already servicing other homes in my area and worked with fitting me into his schedule to get my tank filled today. He didn't require to me to give him prior notice to schedule a delivery date. When on-site, he was still very helpful and informative with continuing to answer more questions that I had. His prices are very competitive if you pay with cash or check. Much lower and more affordable than the big name companies. Great person to deal with and awesome customer service.

Living on a limited income I was trying to call around to get best price on furnace oil. Previously my husband did this and then my son did it after his dad passed away. The guy sounded busy but was pleasant. I told him where I lived and asked his price. He said he was delivering close to me and could deliver in about an hour. He quoted a better price then I had gotten so far. When I gave him my exact address he said my husband had him deliver oil several times and he knew that my husband had passed away. He discibbed where the oil tank was and that he delivers to my friend who had gotten his name from my husband. He got here in pouring rain and still was friendly and pleasant! I spoke to the owner on the phone and he was unnecessarily rude and seemed to be annoyed that I was asking really basic questions. I accidentally called back when trying to call the next company on the list, so I apologized and said I would call back once I figured it out- the owner then said “no you won’t” and hung up. His unprofessional demeanor took me back to the days before Uber, when you HAD to deal with an ornery taxi dispatch who seemed to have bottomless disdain for the people inquiring about their services.

The owner is a nice guy that really makes every effort to bring me oil very quickly. As I seem to always call after I've run out!
