Recently I called AAA Pest Control regarding a problem I was having with what I believed to be carpenter ants. Scott returned my call and I went into more specifics with him about the problem I was having. We discussed the various options available which might help remedy the situation, however unfortunately, he does not service the area I live in. Although Scott was unable to provide me with the service I was seeking, I really appreciated the information he had to offer through our conversation. He was prompt in returning my call, he was personable, respectful, knowledgeable and honest in providing me with the information that I sought. Scott was incredibly helpful when my wife and I were in a pinch. Bring in a new house and close to the due date for a new child, he was super responsive and willing to stop by and assist.
