AAA Pool Service

Unhappy of company and workers, specially how much a re-lining installation cost. The bands.... After finding screw in my pool and 3 more outside in grass, seemed no problem with company or workers. Hmmm. One rib is protruding into pool, not unfilling water to fix it. Bottom is really bad, has tons of craters and bottom cleaner gets stuck. Did get some money taken off because we didn't need sand that was packaged for 'free', was offered $200 off for not using 'material'. All they had was 6 bags of sand ...$40 a bag?... Had to have them come back and tighten gaskets. For total of $1,300 (including skimmer) not including liner, but wanted $1,500. We will find another installation company next time We own a 27' round above ground.

We purchased a home in late 2020 and inherited a old pool that needed a lot of work. We've used AAA Pool Services for all the services required to keep the integrity of our pool intact. They've re-plastered and re-tiled. They've pressured tested and fixed broken return lines. They've added fantastic lighting and installed a new pump. We're up and running in good fashion now. Over the past three years working with the AAA team, it's clear they take pride in their work and strive to have long term customers, which we will be.

My husband and I purchased our first home in 2021 which had an in-ground pool in the backyard. We were so excited about the pool but realized quickly we were way in over our heads. Our first pool season was a disaster - we used a different pool company and had a green pool most of the summer. This year, we contacted AAA Pool Service and are SO happy we did! Tyler and his team have been excellent - super knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. We even had a leak in the pool that they were able to help us manage until it was properly fixed, and they installed a new filter for us. We will definitely be using them again for our pool opening and closing, as well as their weekly maintenance services. Our pool has been crystal clear all season long and we've been having a blast in it this summer.

AAA Pools has been taking great care of my mother's pool in Northbrook for a long time. We have worked with Pat for many years and Harry for many years before that. They are honest and fair. They also do great work. I highly recommend AAA Pool for your pool maintenance and services.
