Bought flooring (LVP) that came with a 1 year labor and installation warranty; and a longer warranty on material. Less than 4 years later, there are two spots where the flooring planks are warping. I called Mr. Rutledge and explained what was happening. His response was that he no longer sells that product and there's nothing that he can do. He informed me that the company was reputable (120 year history), and that we were the only customer that he had sold to that had ever had this complaint. He gave me tge name of the manufacturer and wished me well......

Bob was extremely helpful and offered great advice on how to select the right flooring and get it installed. This company is amazing!! Even with the shipping delays they were able to get the flooring installed beautifully before my renters arrived. I got quotes from four different places their quote was the best value of all their competitors. The owner sent me texts with pictures when the carpet was removed -when the flooring was prepped and when installation was complete. This is a rare experience to have such professionalism. So nice to be able to hire this contractor and have it done exactly as they promised.
