Aaron's Rent To Own

I called to return my furniture and we set a day and time for pick up last week… today was the day my furniture was supposed to be gone and I waited all day and finally called just to be told that I have to bring my furniture to them because their driver has quit “unexpectedly”. Not my problem!!!! Now I’m stuck with furniture in the middle of my living room and my kids return home tomorrow!!!! Ughhh I’m so disgusted with this place!!!! Not happy ONE BIT

I have never had a bad experience with Aaron's until I went through this store in particular. Last week I called to schedule my delivery for 10am to 3pm and called the store twice because by 430 they still weren't here. I currently am still waiting. Whats the point in having delivery times if they DONT deliver on time. I won't be using their service again.

I really wish I didn’t have to give a star at all!!! I placed an order on dec 23rd for a washer and dryer, was wicked patient due to the holidays after the holidays my husband and I got multiple run around excuses, from the sales manager Megan told my husband her driver was basically projectiling blood so he had to leave, ok we understand u have a sick employee, then was told the guy she has there can’t lift over 10 lbs, my husband told her if u can get it on the truck I will take it off myself, got told we would get a call back, then the other manager quit, then we got your washer fell off a truck, then was told someone gave my washer to another customer, then was told we could pick it up 2 different times. Not even worth the one star in my opinion waited 5 weeks for them to deliver our washer finally the day we were supposed to get our washer we call them at 630 because we still have no washer and have supposed to received it by 7pm and they had an” emergency” and couldn’t deliver our washer and wanted to do it a later date this is the second time over the last five weeks this has happened this place is a joke who can go weeks without a washer

I ordered a livingroom set online on May 20th, 2024. It was delivered to aarons in plattsburgh. I received no call to set up a delivery date. So I called them and was lied to saying they called but never left a message. I have caller ID so I knew they were lying. However, I set up a delivery date for may 29th 3pm to 6pm. They never called or showed up. I waited to hear from them. I received an email on June 13 about my upcoming payment but still no delivery. They finally called june 17th. They said my receipt for delivery was left at the store so that's why it wasn't delivered. I again set up a delivery date AGAIN for tonight. June 20th, 2024 and again no show or no call. They can keep the livingroom set and I will never do business with aarons again. I will make sure to call them tomo
