My experience here was great i received great service from Tymesia here and it was a great experience she helped me find what I was looking for and I would recommend her for anyone she deserves a raise please give her a raise

They call your phone every day multiple times like you owe them a million dollars it's very aggravating like I'm the only customer they have to call

Ordering online was great, and a breeze. The guy that called me back to assist with a second order from the local store was nice and helpful. BUT DELIVERY!!!! The white guy was nice. The black guy was nice in the beginning. I work from home and I can't have alot of background noise. So i jumped off work to try to manuever some of the furniture out of the way for them. The black guy told me that there was no rush, and they would move the furniture if needed. (yeah there is a rush, Y'all ain't supposed to be here, right now) So when they came back in, they were discussing if they should move the treadmill and they white guy said that they didn't have to. So i just asked if they needed me to move the lamp stand and the black guy purposely gave the white guy a look. And just completely ignor

Once you didn't make a payment (even if you're a day late) , there are 2-3 calls every day....especially when someone is at work. It doesn't make sense to me.

I been paying for my furniture every two weeks, and one week I could not make payment, so I told them that I will pay it at next payment. Instead of charging me a late fee they said they have to hold furniture until then. Don't make sense to me.
