A&B Full Pool Service

Adam, Ross and the entire team at A&B are the best. The team is incredibly honest in their assessments and more than willing to walk you through not only what needs to be done, but what you can do to get the most from the pool. Our pool has presented its fair share of major and minor challenges, but the team at A&B answers every inquiry promptly and thoroughly (even when the quick answer would suffice). We used A&B initially for opening/closing, but in the years since worked with them to upgrade our winter cover and, most recently, fully renovate the pool. Adam was incredibly responsive every step of the way, confirming every detail multiple times and prepared with alternatives when needed. Could not endorse their work more completely!

We hosted a fall wedding at our home this past weekend. Adam and his crew made sure that the pool looked spectacular. Thank-you so much for the continuously great customer service and support. What a great company.

Just had my first experience with A&B Pools. I have always opened, closed and serviced my pool in the past but the day after I opened it this year I was greeted with two failures in the PVC fittings. My pump and housing have settled over the 18 years of the pool and I knew it should be addressed but I kept putting it off, until now. I called their main number but wasn't able to leave a vmail as the mailbox was full? However, the Owner has his cell on the recording in case you need to get him (which I did). I sent him a text explaining what happened and he replied within a couple of hours at most. He sent my information to the office and I received a call from Ross who was very helpful. A&B uses email as their means of communication as well as payment which is very convenient for me. Ross

Just started using A&B Pools this year and we couldn't be more pleased. Our pool has never been so clean and clear and the attention to detail during the weekly visits is apparent. We made a change this year from our prior pool service company and it was evident immediately during the pool opening that A&B Pools was the right choice. We knew our prior pool company wasn't giving us the level of service and care that we expected, but we had no idea how bad it really was until we saw how our pool shines now which is a testament to the level of detail that the technicians operate at during their weekly visits. I have never needed a technician from A& B to come work on my pool. The reason is, Loretta, (the woman who answered the phone) has talked me through every problem I’ve had. She is amazing and should be considered a certified pool guru, in my opinion. It was like she was standing next to me in my garage telling me step by step what to do. I am now making A&B my official pool company and will schedule my openings/closings etc with them. I figure if the person who answers the phone knows so much, imagine the rest of the crew!
