Phase 4 Contracting

Phase 4 Contracting LLC did a great job repairing my roof. Of the three roofing companies I contacted, Phase 4 was the only one to follow up with me in order to answer questions regarding their proposal. The proposal clearly identified everything that was going to be done. Matt and his team provided superior customer service. All questions/concerns regarding the work in our contract were quickly answered/resolved to my satisfaction. Pictures of the job being performed were provided by John who did our repairs, which was a great way to make me feel comfortable that the job was thoroughly completed!

Had a deck replaced by Phase 4 and am very impressed with the results. Jim and his crew are top notch deck builders. Some words that come to mind for this project are: craftsmanship, precision, sturdiness, teamwork and attention to detail. Even the inspector said that this is among the best builds he has seen. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

Working with Phase 4 was wonderful. From the beginning, Matt noticed that we had shingles which had been recalled, and suggested that we notify our home insurance company. Then, Matt worked with our insurance, who eventually agreed to a complete roof replacement. This was on top of already giving the best estimate of the companies we had initially contacted. The workers who did the replacement were very efficient, and they cleaned up very thoroughly. Overall, a great experience.

Phase 4 Contracting replaced my roof 6 months ago and were great every step of the way! They have lots of roofing material options that are backed up by warranties, pricing that beat the competitors, clear communication, and a passion for their work. I would definitely hire them again, but I won't have to because they did a great job!

I’m thrilled with the deck Jim and his team built. Jim was extremely helpful as my wife and I selected our options, and he always provided valuable input. He truly is a master of his craft! His team was consistently on time, friendly and hardworking. I truly appreciate the job they completed and can’t wait to start using my new deck.
