Choosing Total Comfort Solutions (TCS) was one of the best decisions we made in our house project. They did not disappoint. Our project was not a simple one -- installing a new high-tech heat-pump HVAC system into our 170 year old stone house as part of a full gut renovation. My technician Matt came out to do my annual heater inspection and did a great job! He was very polite and professional and was very thorough with the inspection and the report he provided me. I have the monthly customer plan (which I highly recommend) and it includes a free AC and Heating inspection each year along with other perks. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks TCS!

The TCS Tech was very thorough with my Heating Maintenance checkup. At the end it was recommended that one of the parts needed replacement. He went out of his way to go back to the office to get the part and do the work beyond the time my appointment was scheduled, so I did not have to have it scheduled on another day. Plus the original price that he first quoted got updated after the work was finished and the office was so supported in respecting the original quote. I found the technician and those in the office so accommodating and supportive to me as a long time customer.
