After a hiccup with our furnace, Steve was out the next day to service the unit and help us troubleshoot. Incredible professionalism, thorough explanations, clear expertise on the equipment, and detailed notes on the service call all made for a great experience with A&B that we'll be happy to repeat for all our annual maintenance and any other issues that arise!

I had a disappointing experience with this contractor. As a small business, we extended a favor by delivering a system on credit for Steve. Unfortunately, he failed to honor this agreement and ignored all attempts to contact him, resulting in a significant financial loss for us. I believe it's important for others to be aware of his unethical business practices.
