We just had our flooring replaced with Albertson’s Abbey. The staff were friendly, helpful, not pushy and were happy to come out and provide us several estimates for different floor ideas. They even built a little model for us so we could see how the new carpet to wood transition point would look. The installation was quick to schedule and the installation crew were awesome. They were on time, worked efficiently and got the whole job done faster than had been estimated. The quality of the install was great and they were considerate of our two young children as they worked.

Great customer service! We had just bought out first home a wanted to put some carpet in upstairs. We placed the order a little late and was supposed to be delivered after we moved in. Not a big deal. The the carpet arrived in Union city on time and he sent someone to go get it and install next day. A whole week early! Actual price was cheaper than the estimate. 10/10.
