I had an excellent experience with Restoration Management Company. From start to finish, Abel Hernandez was outstanding — professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive during a very stressful water-damage situation in my home. He walked me through each step, answered every question with patience, and made sure I understood the process clearly. The mitigation and abatement crews were equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, protected my home carefully, and were always respectful and courteous. Late afternoon my wife walked to the upstairs guest bedroom and felt wet carpet….not a good sign…i came home from work and realized the water valve coming out of the wall for the sink was slowly dripping and probably for weeks. I immediately called Restoration Management Company and their customer service was amazing. They helped get a team over to the house early evening to begin the remediation and drying process. The 2 person team were very professional and did an amazing job clearing out the wet sheetrock and unfortunately the tile floor due to a very wet plywood flooring. They set up fans to dry out the wood so that we could get a contractor in quickly to get the bathroom back together. The whole RMC team from start to finish have been great to work with! I highly recommend them!!

We have had a lot of contractors and other home service providers come into our home or the last couple of years as we’ve gotten work done. I have to say restoration management company are among the most professional service providers that we have dealt with. Abel was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, professional, and clearly explained every step of the process. He personally came out to oversee much of the work that was being done. I highly recommend this company

We are very happy with our experience with restoration management company. we had a leak/pipe blow in our master bathroom, and after filing the insurance claim, our agent was going to send out another company. That company had very poor reviews so we said absolutely not and to send somebody else. We are so thankful they sent restoration management company! Communication was excellent from start to finish. Those who came out to our home were always very respectful, courteous , and helpful. They have very high standards and do not take shortcuts to ensure the job is done properly. While It is not fun to have things happen in your home, this company makes dealing with it much more bearable! Highly recommend RMC

Chris and his crew really shows the passion for the work they do. We felt at peace having them coming into our home and see the difference in the quality of the work compare with the prior company.
