I recently had the pleasure of working with Eddie Lopez from Lawton Construction on a major project to replace all the flooring in my home after an insurance-related water leak. From start to finish, Eddie demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, ensuring that timelines were met and that the quality of work exceeded expectations. Eddie coordinated seamlessly with the insurance company and the construction team, making what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth and hassle-free. He was responsive, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the project was handled perfectly.

These guys are quick at getting to work and getting the job done, right! I put in a call with my house insurance, because of a leaking Samsung refrigerator, and the same day they were here and got to work. DeMarcus and Josh are very professional, and friendly and made me feel comfortable with their knowledge of the scope of work that needed to be done. Great communication and they gave me plenty of time to prepare for their visits because I have dogs. Ellis, the project manager was also very professional and came out to see the progress of the work that needed to be done. I loved his professionalism and enjoyed his staying in contact with my insurance company, so I didn't have to. He made sure things were going according to plan. Isaiah came to our house to help with Water Mitigation and we couldn’t be more grateful and happy with the services received. The prophet Isaiah was known for his strength, persistence, and truth-telling. The name means "Salvation of the Lord". On this Christmas Day, another Isaiah was my personal savior. I am a 78-year-old woman living alone in a condo on the top floor of a two-story building in Pinole. Last weekend's December rainstorm, the second big rainstorm this season, revealed a roof leak that was dumping water right over my front door, my only way in and out of the condo. The door was swollen shut. I couldn't open it. Scary. Jumping off the balcony was not an attractive prospect. On Monday, I contacted the management company. Tuesday was Christmas eve.
