We were referred by a friend and were so greatful to have been introduced to Spike. He was very efficient and professional and always went above and beyond to help us. We had a leak in our home that forced us to get new flooring in our whole home and Spike was very quick to come out to meet us and give us advice. He even referred us for other things we needed for our home as well which was so helpful! Let’s start by saying that Spike at Abbey Flooring provides unmatched customer service. I went into Abbey and met Spike on a Monday afternoon about 4:00PM. I explained that we were looking for two rooms of flooring for my 87 year old mother. He had some laminate in stock that mom liked. Spike offered to come by the house a bit after 5:00PM (after he got off work) to measure the rooms. Spike arrived about 5:10 and took the measurements. He contacted me the next day with a very reasonable estimate. I asked him when we could get it installed. Spike checked and responded December 2 (two weeks out). I responded: Spike we chose an in stock product hoping to get this installed quickly. Spike answered that everyone wanted to get installed before Thanksgiving. I reminded him that we were having a

Abbey Flooring did our entire downstairs in Nov 2019. Summer of 2020 I noticed floor damage in the bathroom. We diagnosed and repaired the problem. As time went on the laminate floor boards separated. I called Spike to get an estimate for repair and he had his guy come out within days and replace the flooring without charge. Any other company would have said this is “out of warranty”. This is true customer service, satisfaction guarantee. I will be recommending Abbey Flooring to all my friends and family. Highly recommend Abbey Flooring. Good prices and the customer service is outstanding! Spike was such a pleasure to work with. He even stopped by during the installation process to make sure everything was going smoothly. We have called him a couple times since the installation and he responds quickly. It's so nice to do business with a company that does not avoid your calls once installation is complete.

The staff at Abbey are all nice, helpful, and professional. There was a delay with my order because of the manufacturer which would have been a disaster. But they kept me informed which I appreciated very much. The wait was worth it in the end. Thank you Abbey Flooring.
