When I realized I did not have termite protection and a bond on my home, I contacted four companies to meet with me and give me bids. Nestor, the sales person from ABC walked my property and explained what he thought would be the best course of action. My property used to be an orange grove so I know there are plenty of old tree roots around in addition to the root remnants of four massive oak trees that were cut down after hurrican damage. He sent me a very extensive printout of what ABC does to protect and monitor my property and included a copy of the proposed contract. I decided to have ABC commence the work.
