ABC LIQUIDATION

I was on the hunt for base kitchen cabinets. I exhausted every means to try and find them. It took me about 4 months. I finally decided to go to ABC Liquidation and they happen to have a particular cabinet that came very close to looking exactly like the kitchen cabinets I was looking for. I hesitated at first, but talking to Caroline convinced me to order the cabinets. She was wonderful. She communicated to me the arrival of the kitchen cabinets and was very accommodating. I definitely would recommend this place. The cabinets look awesome in my kitchen. They are actually made of Birchwood. The old cabinets were made of compressed wood. Fort Myers ABC Liquidation team is absolutely amazing! We purchased in Fort Myers July 2022, renovated our home, then moved in and one-week later Hurricane Ian flooded us 4 feet and we lost everything. We went to a few competitors and chose ABC Liquidators, sat down and put the order thru. The cabinets are high quality wood and colors match perfect for what we were looking for. Though our order had delays due to backorders and shipping (which I might add is happening everywhere as we are still waiting for furniture, appliances and doors ordered last fall), it was worth the wait. Called because their own website says 20% off ALL kitchen cabinets to hurricane victims. I called to get a price and was told I could get 10% off since I was only going to buy 3 cabinets and she basically said I was lucky to get that.

I hate writing bad reviews, but unfortunately, this one has to be public. At the beginning of July, I came in and purchased a bathroom vanity and countertop. When I came in the store to purchase, she showed me the countertops and cabinets I would be receiving. I said okay, and paid in full. I didn’t know the exact measurement so I told her that I would let her know in the next couple of days, which I did and she said no worries. It was just supposed to be a tad bit shorter. They told me that the counter would be ready in 3 to 4 weeks, no problem. About 6 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything from them and reached out.
