Good customer service and good communication. Always on the way to improvement. Personally, I have been there and the guys are super excellent and give their best. If someone has a bad experience it is because they do not have patience and wait like in any other place and more when it comes to buying materials so that you do not get the wrong one and come back upset. I highly recommend ABC, one of the best places.

They don’t give a damn about your time at all. 2 people at the counter, line out the door. Phones ringing and ringing, not being answered. Everyone in the place is getting angry. They still don’t do anything to move faster at all. I was on hold for 25 min before I decided to drive down there. Waited an hour to find out the one item I needed, they didn’t have. My regular supplier doesn’t have any of these issues. I won’t go back here again. Not even for that one off thing I need close to the job I’m on.

No one can top the service of ABC Supply. It has great service & Delivery excellent personnel and a unique company core value that shows that they care no just for their employees but also for their customers. LET'S GO!!!!

The manager of ABC believes in his way or the highway. I was trying to have a simple conversation with him about servicing the utility easement that runs between his property, and he definitely thinks he knows it all … utility poles are set on easement property.. just for further reference.
