After a spur of the moment call for some supplies Chris got with me in minutes. I can’t say enough about their customer service and pricing. Smokes the big box stores and every interaction has been great! Recommend 10 out of 10!

Called three times and each time they picked up and hung up thought it may be because i have an out of state number so used some one elses phone for a local number and they did the same thing and you can hear them talking when they pick it up and then click they hang up very bad buisness. Would not recomend

I do not know anything about their business, but I know about their people. My son had an accident in front of their business. We ended up having to leave the car their over the weekend waiting for a tow truck from the insurance company. The owner called me personally and assured me it would be fine til the tow truck got their Monday morning. He asked about my son and took car of his car. As I said, I know nothing about the business, but the people are amazing!!

They had just hired an extra guy named Donnie Dockery to help with the extra sales the hail storm had created. Now let's fast forward over 20 years later where Jones Exteriors LLC and Siding Sales Inc.are as committed to each other as much as ever. They've had competitors come and go during and after the hail storm but none have stayed long. I personally think this is a direct reflection of their unwavering service.
