Every aspect of service with Knights exceeded my expectations. I spoke with Kim, she did an amazing job explaining how the company works and how services are billed. I received same day service even though I was told it may be Monday before service could be provided. I received a courtesy call and text with the technician photo prior to his arrival. Blake arrived, introduced himself and the company he represents. He was kind, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He resolved the issue with my gas hot water heater within an hour. I am very pleased with the outcome and will continue working with this company as needed. I will recommend Knights to anyone seeking the services they provide.

Wonderful service. Floyd and Mike were very professional. Turn-around time from estimate to installation was less than a week which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company.

Mike came to find out why our furnace wasn’t working. He was able to identify the problem right off and gave us a quote. Appreciate his skill so we could make an informed decision. He was friendly and respectful and responsive to our questions. So appreciated what he did for us. When we decided the most cost effective decision was to replace the combined furnace/airconditioning unit Mike and Floyd came out to install it. In less than 6 hours, the old unit was out and the new one was operational. Floyd came in to install the thermostat and then tested both the heat and the air. He showed me how to run the thermostat, so uncomplicated. Floyd, too, is a friendly guy and was so helpful with any questions and information we needed to know.
