I am extremely satisfied with the service received today from Greg & Shannon. They were friendly and professional. The response to my inquiry about the A/C unit in my home, was timely and the cost for my repairs was extremely reasonable, even surprisingly so. This is ONE of the GOOD COMPANIES and you can trust them to treat your fairly. Way to go Haywood Heating and Cooling. You will have my business as long as I am living in this Area!!!! Oh and Greg & Shannon deserve a free lunch :)

They were great upon install but any future calls about service got rude responses and poor service. Failed to actually connect the heat kit in the air handler and did not properly size the lines for the unit.

Dan Thomasson came to check our a/c, I chose his company from online reviews. It’s an old unit (50+ Years) but still working- he advised us what to do for increased performance & gave a quote in case we want to replace in the future. No hard sell, friendly, respectful. I WILL call him when I want to get a new unit & will refer everyone I know!

Haywood Heating and Cooling installed a new unit at our house after discovering a pretty bad leak in our almost 20 year old existing system. The install went very smooth and they were extremely easy to work with; I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Dan always does a great job, and he NEVER makes you pay for parts that you don't need.
