On 2/24/25 your driver veered off of the lane and drove thru my yard. With how wet it is from the snow it literally created a huge ditch. I called and spoke to Jordan who passed me to Tammy who told me I would get a call in 20 minutes from someone else. As of 2/27/25 I've heard nothing back. Cutting grass is going to be bumpy and I don't feel as though it's my responsibility to fix your mistakes. Very unprofessional company.

Addendum #2: After our upset yesterday (which was a Sunday) and having to stop our work due to the wrong product fiasco, ABC provided excellent customer service today. They didn't hesitate to take back the incorrect product and replace with the correct. They were apologetic, though they couldn't explain why this happened. They were quick in helping us get the product out of our car and returning from the warehouse with the correct items. Happy ending, and that 1 star returned. Addendum #1: I've removed 1 star. We are half way through a box of shake siding and found it to be a different style or maybe older version and cannot connect to the other half of the box that we've already put on the house. The entire team here is fantastic, Jordan is very patient, as I ask a lot of questions, all of which she is more than capable of answering.

I had one of these driver nearly run me off the road at approximately 12:50pm today. We were at approximately 11377 Harcum rd Gloucester VA 23061. I call them to inform them, no apologizes infact they were speechless. Leaving me with little recourse other than leaving a bad review. They have a driver who reckless drives down the middle of the road with absolitly no regatd to other drivers and ABC doesnt seem to care. I pray the man driving this truck doesn't hurt or kill anyone!

They sold me an open pack of shingles. Friendly, but Do Not Let Them Sell you opened or torn packs of shingles at any of their stores, because if you have to return them, they will not refund your money.
