Went to ABC Lumber. I’ve used them many times back in NY with great success, and I stopped by the Norfolk location to help my daughter repair her roof. I called ahead and spoke with a gentleman who was extremely helpful and professional. When I arrived at the store to purchase materials, the lady at the counter was rude, obnoxious, and showed very poor customer service. I politely told her I’d rather speak with someone else, and she then decided to make comments about us behind our backs. She might be better suited for a job that doesn’t involve working with customers. Thankfully, the gentleman at the store (the Dolphins fan!) stepped in and was a huge help.
