This store lost the communication towards the customer over the past 10 years. The service is not the same . Inside the office doesn't feel right a least for me. That energy from the past is gone, there's no appreciation anymore, there's no welcoming none of that. I feel bad because I've been coming to ABC for over 32 years and I know different managers different workers are still processing the yard environment but still it is not hard to look at the customer in the eye and say,, we'll be right with you,,, We are the reason why the business keeps going,. Us the customer. Take care of us please.

ABC ONTARIO IS AWESOME. the other branches are really corporatelike (Cough! Cough!SANTA ANA! Cough!) The people in the ONTARIO make the difference. Thank you Bryan for reaching out. Absolutely they deliver in more ways than 1.

A group of hostile and unprofessional working at their showroom. Sadly, Marco still behaving like a caveman. The corporate office must train their representatives to be more humane and fewer despots.

Drove 40 miles and wasted over an hour of my time to get a replacement tile for my roof, based on pictures in their web page. When I got there they said, "We don't have roof tiles." The only reason for 2 stars is that they at least directed me to another company to get the tiles.

This was an awesome experience. I was able to go order the things I needed and the workers brought it all to my truck. Friendly and professional and would recommend this place to anyone needing roofing materials.. three thumbs up indeed.😀👍👍👍
