I delivered shingles to them in a semi truck this morning. I read the reviews and was expecting a complete shit show, but I was pleasantly surprised. I parked and slept overnight right in front of their gate hugging the grass. There’s really only room for 1 truck, but on the right side of the road leading up to the entrance there’s a bit of a shoulder you could park. Forklift guy woke me up at 7:15 which I was expecting 8:00 since that’s their normal receiving time. Went in and got my paperwork, unstrapped and forklift guy had me unloaded in not even 10 mins.

Amazing customer service and staff is top tier. In and out in no time. Give these guys a raise because they're killing it in Customer service and friendly 👏 🙌 👌 👍

I have never done this before in my 3 years as a salesperson, but I would like to give a special review to this team here. I came in at lunch time, interrupted the boss (outside) on his way to lunch and he still shook my hand and gave me a person inside that I could talk to. Upon entering the building 2 different guys (Keith and Robert) went out of their way to get me the person we needed to speak to. Now if I was a paying customer, this would be an avg 5 star review, but I came in as a salesperson, meaning my goal is to get them to spend money on my services, and let me tell ya if they will treat me with that kind of respect and decency, you can only imagine how they treat their customers. Kudos to this entire team for making my day.

Truck drivers arrive as early as possible .. these guys will load and unload there trucks and customer trucks and just leave truck driver staging in the road …if I could give them 0 stars I would I mean this is just horrible and unprofessional .. without us you wouldn’t be in business just keep that in mind because this is just a nightmare

I have a business account with them, but the customer service at this location is very poor. They put you on hold for hours every time you call the office so you get tired and block the call. The manager should be aware of this and correct this behavior.
