I visited many ABC Supply branches in tri state area and must admit not all are created equal! Poughkeepsie location is outstanding - knowledgeable counter reps that communicate like real professionals should, lots of specialty products in stock at reasonable prices and fast material pick up and loading process.

The guys in this store are the greatest. The customer service is unlike any other. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly for orders and deliveries. These guys have helped us grow our company throughout the years and we could not have done it without them.

The team at ABC Supply Poughkeepsie are Top Notch! Hard Working, Professional, Courteous and willing to go above and beyond to help their customers!

Would give no stars if possible - my spouse went to ask a question with his mask on and to try to show man at door the issue with out siding. The man snapped “ I don’t want to touch your phone” um, ok was not asking that if he gave him a chance he could have realized he was trying to show picture of problem area. Left went to Paige Lumber where they were friendly and helpful. Never will go back the staff was totally rude.

Excellent supplier! Orders are always ready and as expected and Joan in particular will always go the extra mile to help out the contractors. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
