I visited ABC Supply yesterday to get information on window replacement. Chuck was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was not rushed, he listened to me, and explained options. This is the type of service I'm looking for when shopping home remodel projects. I'm new to town, so I'm walking in blind to stores, not having any previous experience locally. I look forward to the (hopefully soon) replacement of my windows, thanks to Chuck.

Guys in the office are nice. The guy in receiving is a total jerk. Been bad three times now. Not even worth to speak to him.
