I visited this ABC Supply Store as a homeowner looking for premium asphalt shingles — architectural-grade, designer-type options. I drove in from up north, even though the location is in a rougher part of town. Not the most convenient or welcoming neighborhood, but I was willing to make the trip to explore my options. I was greeted by Lawrence, a young guy who was very polite and professional. He did his best to assist, but when I asked more specific and technical questions, he let me know I’d need to speak with the salesperson. I had a load of shingles for delivery to your location. I checked in at 7 30 and was told to back in. I sat for and hour before they decided to unload me. There was nobody there no customers to load. Then when they started unloading me they stopped to talk. Truck drivers time is valuable to we have loads to pickup some with appointment times.
