If there were more than 5 stars I would give them. This is a professional, well-organized, efficient and seamless operation. Very fair pricing and top notch business ethics. From the beginning quote process through the installation everything went smooth. All supplies were brought in yesterday to facilitate getting the job done today. These guys are prepared. None of that making a dozen trips out to get supplies the day of the project like we have encountered with many workers over the years. The crew came in this morning prepped, stripped the roof before lunch time and then were finished with installation by early afternoon. We had an excellent experience with Infinity Roofing (Spencer Thomas). All the paperwork required for insurance completion was submitted promptly and without issue. Every step of the project was smooth and well organized. The timing between signing the contract and starting the work was exactly as promised. The roof was completed seamlessly in less than a day. The cleanup was so thorough you wouldn’t have known they were even there — except for the beautiful new roof! Spencer was wonderful to work with — polite, friendly, experienced, and very knowledgeable about roofing issues. He made the whole process easy and reassuring. Five stars — and then some!
