CSI came out same day and did a great job! The office staff and service staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Wesley did a great job repairing our unit. He was also considerate and helpful with showing us how to use the new thermostat.

I called CSI as soon as they opened on a Monday morning after realizing my heat and AC were not working over the weekend. They were able to get someone to come out to my house the same day. Will arrived at the beginning of my scheduled window and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to tell me a timeframe for when the part would arrive, when it would be able to be installed, and how long the installation process would take. Will was also able to provide me with a quote for the entire repair and labor.

We have used CSI for many years now since they installed our heat pumps in 2019. We called for service and Aiden was there within 2 hours. He was friendly and professional. He had our unit back up and running quickly.

We have been trying to get our gas logs replaced since we moved into the home in 2019. We have called and spoken to several companies who would promise to call back or come to the home to assess but never followed through. I purchased new logs that sat in a closet for 3 yrs. Finally today they were installed just in time for the winter blast this weekend. Thank you CSI Mechanical!!

We had a blown fuse after the winter storm. Will came out and handled it for us. This company is amazing! They go above and beyond. Will explained everything and with his experience he was easy to trust.
