Wes and his team did a great job with restoring the crawlspace of my property. No task is too big for them! They switched out rotted joists, replaced the old, sagging insulation for new insulation, and installed a dehumidifier so I can protect my investment as the years roll on. Aside from the crawlspace work performed, they were also very respectful and did things in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them!

Wes and his team did a great job on my crawlspace. Had issues in the past with pest intrusion, so the insulation in the crawlspace was fallen out in places and made a mess. His team came out and cleaned out the crawlspace, made repairs to the insulated areas, and installed new vapor barriers. To prevent future pest problem his team also sealed off vents and any gaps around the foundation where pest could potentially get through. I called Wes at the Crawlspace King because we needed help on a Blacksburg, SC house that was built in 1928. The house had uneven floors that bounced when walking over them. There was also signs of water damage and limited access to the crawlspace. I've been associated with this house since 1988 and it was always like this.
