ABC Supply in Springfield recently completed a delivery for one of my roofing projects, and I want to recognize the outstanding service we received. This was a very steep 9/12 roof, extremely difficult to walk on, so it was critically important for us that the material could be loaded directly onto the roof. The driver, Christian Felts, arrived with a great attitude and immediately said, “We’ll do our best to get all the material on the roof.” They successfully loaded over 200 bundles of Belmont shingles, which are very heavy, and handled the entire delivery in a professional, safe, and well-coordinated manner. This made a huge difference for my crew. If this material had not been placed on the roof, every bundle would have had to go over our shoulders—adding risk, fatigue, and unnecessa

They left all my windows outside my VACANT property without my knowledge even though I asked them repeatedly to provide me with a timeframe so I or my contractor can wait for the delivery. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
