I am very unhappy with the service I got here.  I was sent by my contractor to make windows choices on my new house.   We sat in the guy’s small, over-packed office the entire visit.  I was shown one example of window and that was it.  He sat behind his dual screen computer and just talked about the products.  Besides the one, there were no other instore examples of windows or styles.  I was handed a large catalog of window and door choices and told to pick what I wanted.  Any questions I had during my choosing process were unanswered, I had to ask my contractor.  When I went back with my choices, I was treated like I had never been there before and had to remind them who I was and my situation.   I was never asked specific questions about my build.  I was also never sent an invoice or ver

If you are a driver, just know as of 9-3-24, they are doing renovations to their delivery entrance. It's a lot smaller than it seems. You will have to enter through their exit side on N River Dr. It's easier to pull in and have someone spot you than to back in from the street. They are fast, friendly, helpful, and I'm glad they care enough to maintain their parking lot.

Horrible customer service. I’m a contractor and called to get materials from the branch. The rep confirmed inventory and said they would transfer to to my local branch. After setting up and agreeing to pay the freight, materials were supposed to arrive here this week. Now, I find out they never transferred it.

Absolutely love this supply store they have everything I need at awesome prices! The company I work for gets done things from here asks never have any issues with them! Awesome, helpful, and friendly staff!
