Unbelievably poor experience. Seriously couldn’t have been worse. I tried to order a “special order” siding 4 times. FOUR. SEPARATE. TIMES. Not once did the siding get ordered. I have a home owner with exposed house wrap for 2 months. I guess the real problem is I didn’t find a new supplier sooner. Just unbelievable though. The last time I called to order siding at 7:57 am on Tuesday (January 27) and talked to the front desk guy named Sam. He said “yes, I will get it ordered, I’m about to place the order now.” I responded with “great, because I’ve been told this 3 other times already. Are you positive that it’s getting ordered today and will be ready for pick up next week?” Man said “yes”. Well long story short. He lied. He didn’t order it. It’s not ready.
