The salesman Michael Mastin was super helpful and got us exactly what we needed. Arron dunmire was one of the delivery drivers and he and his co worked made sure the appliances were delivered safely and on time.

We walked in and no one said anything. They were all standing in a group just talking. I am definitely looking for a job if you were wanting to find some good customer service. I will feel just silly if customers walked in and I didn't at least smile or greet them.

Delivery driver took MY CORD from MY HOUSE that I PURCHASED and the driver won’t answer the phone. They’re sending me to voicemail. The store manager ED MILLER was 0 help. Salesman ROBERT was 0 help. I purchased MY CORD and now it’s not here. I paid for installation and didn’t get the dryer installed and have to replace a new cord

This place has so many great things to buy, furnishings and appliances that are good quality with a budget in mind. My first experience was with Amanda who did an epic job selling me my washer and dryer and then with Reggie who took the time with selling me my furniture never had a more positive experience with getting things explained to me and my budget getting kept in mind. Reggie went above and beyond and for that I will send anyone I know for the experience I had. I will be back when it’s time to upgrade my appliances!
